Meet Your Coach...

Bethanie is a certified coach and business owner.  She draws on over a decade of business and leadership experience in business development, as well as her training from an accredited coach training program, to support individuals, teams, and business owners in bridging their most pressing gaps.

When it comes to supporting clients to break through plateaus, level up, and take hold of their power to intentionally create a career, business, and life by design, Bethanie is a fierce stand for possibility.  Her clients have achieved career advancement, made desired career changes, grown their businesses, increased sales and revenue, increased customer loyalty and client retention, as well as achieved greater fulfillment and balance in their life. 

Through her work and training with organizations such as FranklinCovey, Tony Robbins, and The Ken Blanchard Companies, she is well versed in leadership development, self-leadership, business growth, high performing teams, emotional intelligence, productivity, and behavior change. 

Bethanie earned a BA in Communication from University of California San Diego.  She earned her coaching credential through Accomplishment Coaching's Accredited Leadership Coach Training Program and served as a trainer to incoming program participants. Prior to coaching, Bethanie's professional experience included a launch of a sales division for a marketing-driven organization, training sales professionals, managing regions and teams, as well as being a top revenue producer.

Bethanie resides in San Diego, CA. She enjoys spending time with her family, amateur photography, surfing, and all types of active adventures where she can soak in nature's beauty and push beyond her limits at the same time.
